Observation notes: There were about a dozen of these in a planter that had been overtaken with a variety of weeds. They were located a few feet away from another planter which had been filled with dill which was hosting 6 swallowtail caterpillars. They appeared earlier this week as weather has cooled to 70s-80s, overcast and with intermittent rain.
