Observation notes: Hot sunny day, current temperature 32 degrees C. Found Caterpillar on a Flowering Crab Apple Tree near our Garden. Caterpillar was sitting on the underside of a branch near the tip of the branch. Very Large, fat looking caterpillar who was very still and motionless.
