Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Single larva found on a plant which was not the original host. An isolated wild sunflower was nearby and had been defoliated save for the flower itself. The whereabouts of the other larvae are unknown. After the photo was taken, the caterpillar curled up and fell onto the ground.
