Observation notes: Feeding on flower. Very similar to Greenish but no black markings on ventral side of hindwing, just white. However they don't seem to be the right shape for Arrowhead. I have better ventral shots of another potential Boisduval's if these aren't definitive, but these submissions have a glimpse of the dorsal. I added image 2086 because even though blurry it shows the shapes of the white marks on this same butterfly.

Coordinator notes: This is actually the Arctic Blue. If you compare images on BAMONA, you should notice several differences between the Boisduval’s and Arctic Blue, primarily on the ventral hindwing. Thanks for submitting your sighting!
