Observation notes: These two moths flew together onto my patio I had no idea it was two moths until they landed. They attached themselves to a string of patio lights and separated slightly. They were mating and were there for several hours. The morning of June 11, the brown one was gone the black one was this there but it disappeared sometime mid-morning. We have ornamental crab apples trees and a maple tree. The day was mostly sunny, high humidity and ~89 degrees.
