Coordinator notes: Please give specific localities, dots on a map don't work. If this was in the desert it could be a Sagebrush Checkerspot or it could be a Northern further north. Location is 50% of an identification. Northern and Gabb's look alike above but differ below, so try and get top and bottom pictures of your butterflies if possible-Ken Davenport
