Submitted by: tirvine2020
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Found near a light. Forewing length of 18mm. IDed by dissection done by JoAnne Russo who said “ the lack of the cluster of fine cornuti in the vesica, separates this one from divisaria along with narrower uncus neck and forks which curve outward with apices slightly pointed and directed inward.; long, thin finger-like processes of the transtilla; and the single chitinized ribbon from tubercle I quite broad and sickle shaped, its apex pointed and slightly hooked.” In conclusion, this moth is H. transfigurata.
