Observation notes: Many Painted Ladies and Fritillaries flying about our yard this morning. They seem to prefer the dandelion flowers over the Golden Currant and Catmint which are also flowering in our yard.

Coordinator notes: Your suggested ID is correct. I myself have noticed that many butterflies seem to prefer dandelions over most other nectar plants.
