Observation notes: Temperature has been unseasonably warm, up to low 90s. Partly sunny. Caterpillars are on a live oak. I don't have any info from my neighbor other than the photo and he's thinking of calling an exterminator. I can't go talk to him because I am self-quarantining. He texted me the photo.
