Observation notes: After a day of heavy rain, the skies had cleared though the ground was still damp, when this yellow butterfly landed on leaves beneath a small bush.

Coordinator notes: These have become more regular in that region, and the Large Orange Sulphur (Phoebis agarithe fisheri) is now a resident species in that area, at least for now-Ken Davenport
