Observation notes: Found indoors in a public building in Phillips, Price County, WI, mid-October. Unable to identify online. I am a botanist, little experience in entomology!
It has 4 pairs of prolegs and a single horn on the tail end. It looks yellow-green banded with black. the yellow-green areas are reticulated with black. No hairs.
