Coordinator notes: I'm approving this sighting, as it's definitely P. pulchella. That said, this sp. isn't found this far east. In fact, I don't see any other sightings in Texas, although it's reasonably common in New Mexico and Colorado. It's likely to be a stray, but if so, it's rather far astray. The nearest sighting is in Arkansas, and that is unsupported by photographs.
