Observation notes: This chrysalis was affixed to some plant velcro around my tomato plants. It had just formed and I am unsure if it was hanging from a cremaster or affixed another way. There was a lot of silk attached and if I had to guess I’d say cremaster. It was alive and had just formed and was wiggling in defense of me bothering it. I rehung it but not sure what it is. It’s way too late here for anything other than monarchs to be eclosing. It also looks more clear down at the bottom.
