Observation notes: Captured this butterfly near a grassy field with grass that is mowed and a butterfly meadow with 2 foot high grasses. Photos submitted have not been enhanced in any way.

Coordinator notes: It is pretty worn, the tails have worn off. But the two orange spots are diagnostic. It is a slightly purplish blue, but I have never seen one as vivid as this.
