Observation notes: This butterfly was found on top of the canyon shelf in the Tetons, just above 9600ft. It was found mostly in the barren parts between meadows, where only what I believe is Gordon Ivesia (Ivesia gordonii ) grows. Also, these butterflies were very small, just big enough to fit the 2.2-2.6cm wingspan.
