Observation notes: Seen up in a Hedge Maple at the county extension gardens. It flew up into it when I was walking by, and then it would very slowly open its wings and slowly close them up, and each time it did this it left its wings up longer. Size: Approx. 3" wingspan. Weather: 84 degrees, 86% humidity.
