Arctic Blue
Plebejus glandon

Observation date: July 28, 2019
Submitted by: A_baldini
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Habitat: A riparian area in the subalpine (elevation ~10,375 ft.). Notes: Between this location and the Browns Lake Trail, I observed many Arctic Blues. This was the very first individual I saw.
Status: Resident
Verified by: A_baldini
Verified date: October 18, 2019
Coordinator notes: Austin, Since you are confident this is Plebejus glandon, you should confirm it on through into the data base. Obviously a very worn individual, this is the most weakly marked ventral hindwing on a glandon I think I have ever seen.....of course it could also be aberrant. The other options are to "Reject" or flush it into oblivion in the "Cannot Identify" category. Mike
