Observation notes: Found it eating on my milkweed plants (asclepias curassavica). These were young plants I had planted this year to help feed the monarch caterpillars. This was the last one with leaves, he had cleaned all the others to just stalks. I do have some common milkweed near by that hopefully he will go to.
