Observation notes: Removed this caterpillar from a spider web in a hole in road above a stream bed/culvert. Approx 1 1/2” long with lighter colored underside. Plants nearby included goldenrod, Queen Ann’s lace, yarrow, pearly everlasting, ferns, crown vetch. Weather around 70 F day, 50 night.
