Observation notes: Not knowledgeable, but from pictures looks like a tulip tree silk moth. Has been on my front door since yesterday (08/03/19). Doesn't leave when door is opened, just spreads (his?) wings. Weather has been very cool in am, but very hot in afternoon. It's not in direct sunlight. Just wanted to share!
