Date notes: We have outdoor light on at night to help our neighbor find the way when his wife goes into labor. We are attracting a lot of moths.

Observation notes: The first imperial moth appeared on 7/22/19. It has never left. This morning the second imperial moth appeared this morning.

Coordinator notes: I'm sorry, but I don't know the answer to your question about rare or endangered species. However I checked the DEC list and see no records of listed moth species for NY in the BAMONA database. Only historical records.
