Observation notes: Seen near path off of parking lot at the off-leash dog park. Was flying around near an Eastern-tailed Blue, about the same size as. Color was quite bright. VERY fast moving and difficult to get a photo of. Weather: 80 degrees, 50% humidity, sunny skies with a few clouds, light breezes.
