Observation notes: This Imperial Moth was sitting on our sliding glass door near an outdoor light. It just hung out there peacefully for quite sometime. Temp was really warm 87degrees and we live in the mountains. I am growing butterfly milkweed on the same porch. Perhaps it was attracted to that.
