Observation notes: Found this lovely booger on the driveway gravel a day earlier; suspected he/she might be a hummingbird moth caterpillar. Carefully placed him/her on a honeysuckle vine and then spotted the caterpillar on the same plant the next day munching on leaves...when I took the photo. Seems to be in the act of, um, defecating?
