Observation notes: Wingspan 29 mm. Attracted to fluorescent UV lamp set up 09:45 pm to 11:45 pm. Narrow dirt forest road where it crosses a small creek. Dominant vegetation Douglas-fir, Lodgepole Pine, Alder, Cottonwood, Birch.

Coordinator notes: Tentative ID. A. fasciata is listed as a high elevation counterpart, but I do not know if ~1000 meters counts as high enough elevation.
