Observation notes: I was taking a walk in a public park and spotted the Caterpillar under a plant that I am now unable to identify due to the close up. The caterpillar then moved on top of the plant onto a small piece of a broken tree limb. I observed it a few moments more and left it alone as it moved under the grass that was full of a multitude of broken sticks and debris due to massive floods in our town. Most of the park’s plant’s have been destroyed so insects were clinging to wood etc. The weather was around 68 degrees and sunny with a slight breeze.
