Observation notes: 55 F partly sunny. Roadside in spruce muskeg. I believe this is rossii based on clear wing spot and early season

Coordinator notes: Pale HW spot rules our Ross's...Either Taiga or Disa Alpine. CAn't tell from this photo, but the FW spots have whitish pupils if Disa. Totally black if Taiga. But Disa has a pale checked FW fringe and the HW spot can be prominent. The HW median band is also more jagged.
