Observation notes: There were seven of them hanging on my little red rose plant. The weather is extremely warm and windy. I initially flicked them all away, but then got curious about their types due to colorations. Never seen these before until now. Googled, found your website. Found one still hanging around, so I thought I'd join to submit for this region just in case noone has.
