Observation notes: Found a lot of them, resting near the tops of the stems of their host plant (in a wildflower garden); no idea what the plant is, I'm sorry to say, but I included one of the leaves in the photos. The plant never flowered, that I noticed anyway, as that would have made the identification of the plant much easier.
