Observation notes: Observed this fritillary between shooting photos of nearby Eastern Tiger Swallowtails on a white Butterfly Bush at the park. Other nearby flowers included magenta Zinnias, Black-eyed Susans, a purple Butterfly Bush, orange Portuluca, some fountain grasses, Salvia and Angelonia. Weather: 95 degrees, approx. 40-45% humidity, sunny. Size: Approx. 2" wingspan
