Observation notes: Perched on a conifer branch on a suburban garden. Also seen drinking water from a recently watered lawn nearby. Warm, sunny, calm morning with temperature in high 70s F.

Coordinator notes: This is such a common butterfly, I can't imagine anyone feeling a need to enter a homes property. But not really an issue for that same reason. These are common and widespread in most of the West.
