Observation notes: Observed on a Black-eyed Susan flower at a park. Had wings open briefly then brought them up and left them that way. Weather: Overcast skies, approx. 82 degrees, very humid, briefly spit a tiny amount of very light rain. Size: Approx. 1.25"
