Observation notes: Was first noticed early this morning around 8 am. Has not budged from the same spot since (approx 12 hours at this point). Seen here at the base of our outside staircase heading to our basement apartment. This nook tends to be 10-15 degrees F cooler than the top of the stairs where it is exposed. High of 72 and partly cloudy today.
