Observation notes: Total length of approx. 9 mm. Attracted to MV lamp / blacklight set up in dirt road surrounding by 100-year-old wetland forest dominated by Southern Red, White and Willow Oaks. Approx 75F, 5-10 MPH N wind, mostly clear sky, half moon below horizon.
