Date notes: Found on side porch, location 9 Grand Street, Amsterdam, NY, near Hydrangea bushes, crawling on porch columns. Also found another example of this specimen, found on 8/20/2020 crawling near our fireplace, where there is plenty of wild strawberries and violets.

Observation notes: Yellow, fuzzy caterpillar with black spikes of hair. On 8/6/2020 second specimen found crawling near fireplace where there is plenty of strawberries and violets. Very Sunny day, low humidity, gentle breeze.
