Observation notes: Tiny moth/bug. Likes bushes, especially salvia plants. Mass numbers & start coming out in late spring/early summer. Activity increases at night. We live across the street from a creek in central Pennsylvania (Cumberland County, Hampden township). I’d love help identifying this moth/bug. Difficult to take a clear picture due to the tiny size. Used bobby pin for size comparison.
