Coordinator notes: This is indeed a Papilio species, specifically zelicaon, the Anise Swallowtail. It's closest relative, the Old World Swallowtail, has a very similar looking yellow form, but the black dot within the red eyespot on the hindwing is either absent or inconspicuous.
