Observation notes: Time: 9:45 a.m. Elevation: 6,403 ft. (mid foothills). General Weather Conditions: Mostly sunny, with a mild breeze. This spot was partly shaded, next to the steep canyon face and across the road from the raging Poudre River.

Coordinator notes: Correct ID, nice and freshly emerged C. gryneus subspecies siva. Visit this spot a couple of different time in July (if you don't see it around the 4th, try again a week or 10 days later) and see if there is another flight of siva at this location. I think this is recorded only as far north as Jefferson County (and just a few years ago) so that would be an extension of a second flight if found in Larimer Co. This might be a good year to find the second flight. Mike
