Green Comma
Polygonia faunus

Observation date: May 21, 2018
Submitted by: RichHubie
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: The day was warm and sunny most of the day. Most commas on the Haul Rd. have been Satyr Commas but this year I've been finding more Green Commas. This butterfly might be the same one reported on May 3rd. It was in the same location and almost exactly in the same position on the road. Site fidelity?
