Observation notes: I saw what I thought was a hummingbird struggling to get out of my pool ( I was looking down from second story window) when I got it out with pool skimmer I realized it was a very large and very beautiful moth! My home sits on the edge of a large forest in Sussex county Delaware and we plant a lot of flowers and vegetables on out property,so I’ve seen many differant moths & butterflies , but I hav never seen one like this.
