Double-lined Prominent
Lochmaeus bilineata

Observation date: May 14, 2018
Submitted by: elopm
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Porch light. 66 degrees. In the early morning light his AM & PM lines were dark black, between the lines were white, barely any gray. The first picture I took was encased in shadows. I waited until later and took another picture which showed his body almost bronze. What amazed me was that morning when I looked up at him, he seemed to have a greenish tint. Amazing details.
