Observation notes: I watched it emerge from its chrysalis. Probably around 40 to 50 chrysalis's spotted on Coontie plants, and around 20 caterpillars. Another individual butterfly was spotted as I arrived on site, but flew away a few minutes after I arrived. So exciting to see!!
