Coordinator notes: Both the Acmon and Lupine blues are heavily concentrated in California, but both are also found farther northeast. However, the Acmon Blue flies much later (into October), while the Lupine Blue’s flight ends in July, so I concur that, based on the date of this sighting, this is actually the Acmon Blue.
