  Sighting 1148231

Observation date: October 09, 2017
Date notes: I found this moth as a caterpillar a few weeks ago. Around 3 maybe, to be exact.
Submitted by: Lumidae
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: I reared them into an adult from when they were a caterpillar. However, I found them when they were ready to pupate, so they refused any food in favor of burying themselves to make a cocoon. I switch between two houses, and the cocoon stayed at my mom's house, and by the time I came back again to my mom's house they were already hatched, so I cannot give an acurrate day they hatched, but around Oct 30. The location on the map is where the moth emerged, but where I found the caterpillar was at my dad's house, which was not far from here. I don't know the exact coordinates, I'm sorry.
