Observation notes: Saw this beauty as my dog was exiting the river and we were walking back up the concrete boat ramp to leave the park. Its colors were extremely rich. It moved around a little bit, so I was only able to get a couple of photos, then it flew off. Size: Approx. 2.5" wingspan. Weather: Very humid and muggy, 90 degrees
