Observation notes: The catepillar was crawling on the house. Our house is surrounded by a lot of oak trees, but I do not know the host. The weather has been warm for September in the poconos (highs in the 80s). Today we found the catepillar- it did cool down with the high around 70 and it was windy. He is in a jar with sticks and oak leaves and he has been crawling around a lot.
