Observation notes: This moth with unusual wings landed on a canvas bag and sat still in the same place for many hours (at least 7 hours, til dawn), moving only its antennae and repositioning its legs and body once. It seemed unfazed by my presence and close-up photography, staying perfectly still even with the flash repeatedly going off in its face. Stoic little moth.
