Observation notes: This was one week after Hurricane Harvey dumped 20-30 inches of rain on Houston. Seen in county immediately to the west of Houston. Area had receibved rain, but the ground was dry by this time. Mothw as seen flying near the ground in a small grove of huisache trees.
