Observation notes: Caterpillar found on a fruiting guava tree (specie unknown) on 08/14/2014. It was about 10 cm long, and thick as a pencil. Definitely a geometer caterpillar (inchworm movement). Has a uniform color of tannish-brown, like a brown twig. It turned into a cocoon on 08/18/2017, and emerged as an adult on 09/04/2017 (approx. 18 days). Emerged before the morning of the 4th. The wingspan is approximately 6.5 cm from tip to tip of each wing. Antennae are not plumose. Relatively fat abdomen. Right hindwing became damaged within the container. Active at night.
