Observation notes: Interesting, small moth -- wingspan is about 2cm, habitually holds wings out like a geometer. COlor is pale tan with faded brown lines and dots. The biggest feature is the fringe on the wings -- very elaborate, eyelash-length hairs all along the wings' margins
